According to CNN, Senators from Wisconsin yesterday adopted a resolution that would fine any democrat 100 dollars a day for staying away from the state capital, Senate majority leader Scott Fitzgerald told reporters. The missing lawmakers had fled to Illinois.
The new resolution would make the senators lose they're parking spots along with they're spending accounts on top of the fine. None of the democrats were able to comment on this issue.
Like Wisconsin, In Indiana democratic lawmakers fled to Illinois over Republican backed proposal that union workers said would restrict workers rights.
I think this is a good read because it shows that there should be rules against lawmakers and government officials who don't take they're jobs seriously. I believe that Texas should also adopt a similar resolution.
